Position title:

Pressure Washer/ Maintenance Laborer

Reports to:

Maintenance Manager

• Provide maintenance services to the Phoenix fleet and related equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Operate a high‑pressure washing system to maintain cleanliness of all equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain neat and legible documentation of assignment records.
• Cross‑train on lubrication (may apply).
• Perform entry‑level maintenance labor tasks.
• Comply with all Phoenix Safety Policies & Procedures, including wearing specific personal protective equipment required for various job functions.
• Comply with all Phoenix Standard Operating Procedures.
• Attend mandatory monthly safety meetings.
• Practice housekeeping and safe handling of materials and equipment.
• Use proper lifting and carrying techniques when moving packaging materials.
• Plan work schedules and resource deployment.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance.
• Document all completed work.
• Track all parts and lubricants consumed.
• Observe relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations.
• Other minor duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Experience and knowledge with technical equipment and machinery.
• Focus and concern for employee safety and equipment care to prevent incidents.
• Responsible leadership, strong communication skills, capable of working well with other departments.
• Readiness to work flexible hours and shift work.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and interest in teamwork.
• Willingness to adapt to Phoenix’s culture of customer relations—always working with our customers in a professional and courteous manner.
