Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Petersburg, Virginia. The position is ongoing and may be part‑time or full‑time, focused on providing 1:1 care in senior living communities within Colonial Heights, VA.

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patients’ needs.
• Make home visits to clients in the assigned geographic territory.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using an electronic touch‑pad tablet.

• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as evidenced by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and solid computer skills; electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
