Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Night Shift
Join a team where compassionate care meets career growth! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care, support recovery, and help foster a safe, healing environment. If you're someone with strong clinical skills, a calm and caring presence, and a passion for promoting patient well-being, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to deliver the highest quality care
- Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting them clearly to physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized patient care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.)
- Administer and adjust medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing equipment, preparing beds, and ensuring facility hygiene
- Provide immediate, effective care during emergencies
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and Mental Health Technicians
- Offer compassionate support to patients and their families
- Expand your skills through ongoing workshops, training, and professional development
Who You Are:
- A well-trained, responsible RN who can deliver excellent nursing care with minimal supervision
- Compassionate, patient, and cool-tempered in all situations
- Committed to following health and safety guidelines and best practices
- Passionate about educating patients and families on healthy habits and prevention
Shift Details:
Full-Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Work with a supportive, team-oriented staff that values collaboration and excellence
