The Boar's Head Provisions Co., Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the QA Department's daily operations, including Analysts and Technicians on all shifts, and assist the QA Manager in achieving food safety and quality goals.
You will lead program verification, ensure SOPs, HACCP compliance, and document daily QA activities while handling special projects and covering for the QA Manager when needed.
