PT Team Lead

This is a part‑time on‑site role for a PT Team Lead, based in Petersburg, VA. The PT Team Lead will oversee daily store operations, support team members by providing mentorship and guidance, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintain store merchandising standards. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, delegating tasks to team members, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and contributing to an organized work environment.

The Team Lead will also play an integral role in fostering collaboration and promoting a positive work culture.

• Leadership, team coordination, and motivational skills
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations
• Customer service and communication skills for ensuring an exceptional shopping experience
• Problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with retail technology, cash handling, and POS systems
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in retail or a similar leadership role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business Administration or related fields is advantageous
