As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver standout customer service to employees and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct individuals to the appropriate check-in processes.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical calls, and/or property-related concerns, and notify onsite contacts and/or public responders when needed.

+ Complete detailed reports and maintain activity logs related to patrol findings, incident response, and security-related observations using written and/or electronic systems.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
