Security Officer - Hospital Unarmed

Allied Universal - Up to $17.07/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter grounds to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards such as unsecured doors or suspicious behavior.;
Control access at designated points by monitoring visitor flow, verifying authorization where required, and directing individuals to the appropriate department while maintaining professional conduct.;
Complete shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and/or activity reports, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
