Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting site leadership, and/or requesting public emergency services as needed.;
Monitor access points and interior areas for unusual conditions, assist with way finding, and verify visitor and/or vendor access in accordance with site requirements.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate notable information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
