Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and/or assist with visitor and delivery traffic in a professional manner within a fast-paced technology-focused location.;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with employees, guests, and/or first responders, and by completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and policy violations.
