Bio Space in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Facilities & Utilities to inspect, operate, maintain and repair critical utility systems supporting mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, and waste management. The role follows a 2-2-3, 12-hour evening schedule: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM.
Responsibilities include daily rounds, recording pressures, responding to site alarms, and coordinating with engineering and vendors to resolve issues while maintaining GMP documentation and safe work
