Equipment Operator

Amazon is hiring Equipment Operators to support its fast-paced retail fulfillment operations. In this role, you will safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move, store, and load products. You'll use scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory, stage orders, and support on-time shipment. Operators inspect and maintain equipment, follow strict safety standards, and collaborate with team members to hit productivity and quality targets in a dynamic, customer-obsessed environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) to move and store inventory
• Load, unload, and stage pallets and packages for inbound and outbound shipments
• Use RF scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory and confirm orders
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all Amazon and OSHA safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Support order picking, packing, and staging to meet productivity and quality targets
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with housekeeping standards
