Tire Technician

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join our customer-first, team-oriented shop. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, perform basic vehicle inspections, and support alignment and wheel services. You'll use shop equipment safely, follow all safety and cleanliness standards, and deliver honest, friendly service to every customer. Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, install, and rotate tires on passenger and light trucks
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety issues; perform approved repairs
• Assist with wheel alignment support and related services as directed
• Use shop equipment, lifts, and tools safely and according to procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the service bays
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company policies and procedures
• Provide friendly, honest service and communicate basic findings to customers and teammates
• Support inventory handling of tires, wheels, and shop supplies
• Complete basic vehicle inspections (tread depth, tire pressure, visual checks)
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical and customer service skills
