As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service in all interactions. You will refer customers to the appropriate business partner for a consultative conversation and be responsible for risk by exchanging ideas and elevating concerns. You will personally follow all policies and procedures, ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite and consistently managing risks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Experience- Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their needs, asking questions for deeper understanding, and guiding them to appropriate financial solutions.
- Provide follow‑up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues.
- Respond quickly and clearly to maintain open communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer business information.
- Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, maintaining ethical behavior at all times.
- Perform daily office responsibilities and work with the platform team to operate the office efficiently.
- Maintain accurate balancing records, correct outages, and enlist help as needed.
- Keep current on bank policies and financial center procedures.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to the Lead Customer Service Representative or other leadership as appropriate.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and abide by established guidelines and procedures.
- Identify customer needs during interactions and referrals to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
- Build and maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered.
- Use appropriate tools for all referrals to track purposes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- Contact with the public and adherence to dress code guidelines.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
- Initiative and sound judgment in decision‑making and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate core values: work as one bank, take accountability, be respectful and inclusive, act with integrity.
