Gastroenterology Physician

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Gastroenterology
• Proven experience performing ERCP procedures
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and bedside manner

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience working in hospital-based outpatient clinics
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Additional competencies in related endoscopic procedures

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in Gastroenterology, with specific expertise in ERCP
• Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or around March 1, 2026
• Ability to handle 18 outpatient and 20 inpatient scopes daily
• Willingness to support hospital-based endoscopy and consults within scheduled hours
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements
• Travel expenses covered as per company policy; provider must clock in/out via Doc Time software
