Required Skills:

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology

Proven experience in endoscopic procedures, including ERCP (required)

Ability to perform outpatient and inpatient scopes, with capacity for clinic consultations

Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Capacity to work independently within a hospital environment

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with Cerner EMR system

Prior locum or hospital-based practice experience

Knowledge of hospital workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Active medical license in Michigan or eligible for endorsement

Minimum of 2 years of post-residency or post-fellowship clinical experience in gastroenterology

Other Requirements:

Availability to start on March 1, 2026

Coverage for scheduled open dates, including weekends and holidays

Ability to perform ERCP procedures as part of scope coverage

Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and clock in/out using Doc Time

No lodging arrangements through third-party travel sites; expenses covered compliant with our Travel & Expense Policy
