We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Engineer (Electrical, Controls, Automation) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the implementation/maintenance of projects with technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Controls and Automation. The ideal candidate will leverage prior experience to identify specifications or technical characteristics required for stamping/manufacturing Yazaki products and will review existing capabilities against industry trends.

Lead engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency through technology development and continuous improvement. Provide technical expertise in equipment maintenance, root cause analysis, control system design, and process optimization while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Support capital planning, equipment procurement, and project implementation, communicate technical information effectively, and mentor team members to promote technical growth and organizational excellence.

Engineering Degree - Electrical (Controls/Automation focus preferred)

Familiarity with Electro-Mechanical Production Equipment / Infrastructure. Must possess a record of accomplishment and success in prior engineering roles.

10+ years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintenance (preferred)

Knowledge of PLC's, Drivers, Sensors
