Resin and Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Manage and control material receipt, inventory, and handling of resins, inks, solvents, plates, film stock, and WIP.
  • Transfer resins from railcars and maintain silo levels to support production.
  • Review production demand and plan materials staging to support the production schedule.
  • Conduct weekly inventories of materials and reconcile on‑hand inventory with accounting systems.
  • Mix inks according to formulas as required by the production plan.
  • Train and certify associates on powered handling equipment (fork trucks, powered hand jacks).
  • Manage and control partial materials units.
  • Maintain forklift and electric pallet jack certification.
  • Maintain EPA/DOT hazardous materials training.
  • Physical requirements:

    stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift; outdoor activity required; may require night and weekend hours.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to read work instructions in English.
  • Ability to operate resin testing equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work outside in hot/cold environments.
  • Ability to work non‑traditional hours as required.
