LPN - LTC

Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week.

This role involves working under the direct supervision of department managers, charge nurses, or staff nurse/team leaders to assist in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established hospital methods and procedures. The nursing professional is expected to strive for superior performance by providing a product or service that enhances the patient and family experience and demonstrates an understanding of patient and family-centered care.

• Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients.
• Follow established methods and procedures in patient care.
• Provide services that contribute to superior patient and family experiences.
• Demonstrate understanding of patient and family-centered care practices.

• 2+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA is required.
