Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Med Surg for a 13‑week travel assignment in Petoskey, MI.
- Nights, 12; 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 6/15/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Petoskey, MI
- Hourly Pay: $29.50
- Non‑taxed Stipend: $1,246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $2,042.50
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Traveler's Policy: Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.

Hours:
12 hours of initial hours
Client has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for the patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.
Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write‑up of what happened for the manager's review.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.”
- Seeks lifelong learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review.
- Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model.
- Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication.
- Demonstrates enhanced time management skills and ability to assist others in order to contribute to overall performance of the team.

- Must have 2+ years of straight med‑surg. Not float, not SDU/TELE, etc.
- Must be straight RN MS
- Level II or I - Trauma level experience is required
- BLS (AHA) is required
