• Rigorous attendance and punctuality standards:
  Contractors absent or late (over 20 minutes) three times will be subject to immediate termination, with exceptions for communicable illness or hospitalization substantiated by documentation.

• Active RN license
• Stepdown or progressive care experience (CVU or similar preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
