As a Registered Nurse in the Level 3 Medical-Surgical Unit, you'll care for a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions. This is an opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a pioneering Virtual Nursing staffing model.
Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, enhancing patient outcomes through effective communication and time management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Engage in lifelong learning through certification and advanced practice
- Demonstrate leadership by sharing knowledge and serving as a clinical resource
- Communicate effectively using SBAR and interdisciplinary methods
- Enhance team productivity through time management and assistance
- Perform duties consistent with job purpose and competency-based objectives
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Certification: BLS (AHA)
