As a Registered Nurse in the Level 3 Medical-Surgical Unit, you will care for a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions. This fast-paced, 26-bed unit will challenge you intellectually and provide opportunities for professional growth.
Your role will include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, demonstrating leadership and effective communication, and enhancing team productivity.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Seek continuous learning through certifications and advanced practice
- Demonstrate leadership and serve as a clinical resource
- Communicate effectively using SBAR and interdisciplinary methods
- Enhance time management skills to support team performance
- Perform duties consistent with job purpose and competency objectives
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- State Licensure in Michigan required
