• Radius Rule: Local candidates are not accepted. Must be a true traveler.

• Unit: Level 2 North (28-bed Medical-Surgical Unit)
• Patient Population: Highly diverse, fast-paced environment. Cares for general, vascular, bariatric, and plastic surgeries, as well as trauma and stroke patients.
• Culture: Patient-centered, progressive, and supportive team environment backed by an active Unit-Based Shared Governance council.
• Hospital Scale: ~200-bed regional acute care facility and a designated Level II Trauma Center
  .

• Experience (Strict): Minimum 2+ years of straight Med-Surg experience only
  . Experience must be standalone Med-Surg; candidates with primarily float pool, stepdown (SDU), or Telemetry backgrounds will not be accepted.
