• Weekend schedule:

• Deliver RN-level nursing care on the inpatient rehab unit, including initial assessment, ongoing evaluation, and implementation of an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient-centered goals; document decisions and progress using SBAR and clinical pathways.
• Monitor patients with acute rehab needs, manage vital signs and neuro/functional status, address pain, mobility, and rehabilitation-related needs; administer medications per policy and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records; participate in rounds and coordinate care across disciplines to support safe discharge planning.
• Promote patient safety and education; support mobility and functional recovery through collaboration with rehabilitation therapists; communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.

• Current Michigan RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 2 years acute rehab experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work 7:30 PM–7:30 AM (36 hours per week) with every‑other‑weekend schedule
• Eligibility to work in the United States; ability to work in an inpatient rehab setting
• Education:
