- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience
Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2250 to $2450
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments
- Manage wound care, post-operative recovery, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
- Respond effectively to emergencies while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Active Michigan RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience caring for post-operative, medical, and complex patient populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
