Requirements Michigan RN License 2+ years of medical-surgical experience Experience in a Level II or Level I Trauma unit preferred BLS Certification (AHA)

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Provide patient-centered care focused on safety and quality outcomes. Engage in effective communication with team members and patients utilizing protocols like SBAR. Demonstrate leadership by being a clinical resource and professional role model. Commit to continuous learning and professional development in nursing practice.

Compliance / Notes A strict attendance policy is in place, with three absences or being over 20 minutes late resulting in immediate termination. Issues such as communicable diseases or hospitalization will be reviewed with supporting evidence.
