. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a leading car wash chain. This Assistant Manager role shares responsibilities for site facility and operations, driving results and leading a small team.

• Assist in leading a team of 10‑15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, structured work environment.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Handle limited administrative work and quick equipment checks.
• Train and develop employees at all positions.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.

This role involves both administrative and hands‑on operational duties in an outdoor, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include standing, walking, and moving continuously for 8–10 hour shifts, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance. Requires manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.

Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition and equipment function. Must work in varying outdoor weather conditions and noise. Needs a valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards; occasional driving may be required.
