Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Petoskey, Michigan. This position involves providing surgical care across a variety of specialties, with a focus on orthopedic, general, endovascular, urology, and obstetric procedures. The role demands adherence to strict attendance policies and requires a proactive approach to patient safety and care. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/24/2026 and will extend through 11/14/2025, with potential to transition to a different shift schedule if the assignment is extended.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  2+ years of RN operating room (OR) experience, Michigan license verification, current BLS (American Heart Association) certification, a complete skills checklist for RN specialties within the past year, and Michigan licensure verification including LARA and Nursys.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in orthopedic, general, endovascular, urology, or obstetric surgery.
• Additional Information:
  The position requires completion of a skills checklist within one year of application. Full-time employees of the employer are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment. The shift includes an on-call component: one night of call Monday-Thursday (7 p.m.
  
  - 11 p.m.) and one weekend call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights or days. Weekends designated for call are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., based on schedule. The position encompasses a broad spectrum of surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and adherence to a strict attendance policy beginning 06/01/2024.
