Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and safety standards
  • Exceptional teamwork and clear communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt to new environments and workflows
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile operating field
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
  • Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies
  • Follow all facility policies for safety, infection control, and documentation
  • Educate patients and their families on procedures and postoperative care
