Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab​/EP

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position to provide specialized patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role requires adherence to strict attendance policies and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
• Document all procedures, patient interactions, and clinical observations accurately.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including strict attendance and punctuality standards.
• Maintain certification requirements and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Require a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Hold current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Possess valid Michigan RN license.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Show commitment to safety policies, including attendance and punctuality standards.
