Cath Lab RN – McLaren Northern Michigan

License: Active Michigan RN license
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
Call: Approximately 1 night per week

Weekend Call: Typically every 4th–6th weekend

Weekend Call Window: Friday 5:30P through Monday 7:00A
Float: Required to any area the RN is qualified to work

Candidates must be comfortable with a significant Cath Lab call rotation.

• Approximately 1 weekday night of call per week
• Weekend call every 4–6 weeks
• Weekend call runs Friday 5:30P–Monday 7:00A

McLaren Northern has a strict 3-strike attendance policy
.

A traveler may be immediately terminated after 3 occurrences involving:

• Missing a scheduled shift
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late

Documented circumstances such as hospitalization or a communicable illness may be reviewed as exceptions.

• Travelers must make up any call-in shifts within the contract period
• Travelers may be floated to other areas where they are clinically qualified
• Travelers are not eligible for facility shift incentives

Hard requirement: Candidate needs at least 2 years of actual Cath Lab RN experience
