Responsibilities include developing and evaluating individualized care plans, utilizing clinical pathways, and educating patients to ensure positive outcomes.
The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating leadership, and serving as a clinical resource and role model.
Effective communication, time management, and adherence to unit objectives are essential.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of Med Surg experience, trauma level I or II background, Michigan RN licensure, and BLS certification. Travel experience is preferred, and candidates must be available every other weekend.
