Retail Sales Associate

Goodwill seeks a mission-driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, support donation processing, and maintain store standards. In this Retail Operations role, you will assist shoppers, operate the cash register, price and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. You'll help maximize the value of donated goods while supporting job training and community programs. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing friendly, helpful service
• Operate POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments responsibly
• Receive, sort, price, and tag donated merchandise
• Stock, rotate, and organize items on sales floor and in back room
• Maintain store cleanliness, including fitting rooms and common areas
• Monitor merchandise for quality and follow pricing guidelines
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures
• Communicate courteously with customers, donors, and team members
• Uphold Goodwill's mission, values, and customer service standards
