Retail Key Carrier Supervisor

Home Goods, a division of Widgets Co, seeks a Retail Key Carrier Supervisor to lead daily store operations in our manufacturing-driven retail environment. You will supervise associates, manage key holder responsibilities, and ensure accurate opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, loss prevention, and resolving customer issues. You'll coach team members, support training, and help drive sales and service standards while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail floor operations and assist with scheduling
• Act as key carrier, performing opening and closing procedures securely
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliations, and deposits
• Lead and coach sales associates to meet service and sales goals
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock replenishment standards
• Monitor loss prevention and safety procedures
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with training new team members on policies and systems
• Track basic performance metrics and report issues to management
• Support execution of promotions, pricing changes, and signage
