We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
  • Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
  • Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
  • Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
What You Bring
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
  • Self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mindset
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations
  • Field-based role (job sites, client locations, showroom)
  • Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Active, hands‑on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • $70,000 guaranteed base salary during your first twelve months to support your ramp‑up and business development efforts
  • Additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance
  • A structured ramp program designed to help you build your pipeline and customer base successfully
  • Transition into a performance‑driven compensation structure with strong, uncapped earning potential

Long‑Term Earning Potential:

  • Potential to earn $100K+ by Year 3
  • Over 50% of team earns six figures
  • Top 1/3 earn $130K+, with top performers exceeding $200K
