Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $19.83/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter lines; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with resident and guest entry procedures and reporting irregular activity per site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from appropriate resources when needed.;
Complete routine activity logs and incident reports, communicating security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership as required.
