Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying authorized entry and helping to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted residential areas;
Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with residents and/or visitors, following post instructions, and completing assigned reports and logs
