Full‑time position with a signing bonus.

• Complete inspections
• Remove and install parts
• Implement optional accessories
• Perform maintenance
• Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Conduct testing
• Apply Alta's Guiding Principles in daily activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain consistent, regular, and reliable attendance and punctuality

• Excellent mechanical aptitude with solid understanding of engine, power train, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Own personal tools
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Intermediate language skills: read, interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide with two‑digit numbers and units of American money, weight, volume, and distance
• Intermediate reasoning: apply common sense to carry out written or spoken instructions and solve problems involving multiple concrete variables

• Physically/​sensory functions: stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, occasionally sit
• Lift and/or move: lift up to 25 lbs, frequently 26‑50 lbs, occasionally 51‑100+ lbs
• Work environment: near moving mechanical parts, exposed to fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather, wet or humid conditions, electrical shock, vibration
