Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Our technicians take pride in solving problems, working independently, and helping customers keep their plumbing systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems
  • Perform routine plumbing maintenance and service work
  • Test systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Ensure plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and service recommendations
  • Work independently while maintaining company quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner
  • Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
