A full‑time maintenance technician position is available at an apartment community in Petoskey, MI. Candidates should have great customer service skills, be able to complete service requests, and prepare apartments. Duties include light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds/snow removal. The position requires on‑call after‑hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team and occasional assistance at sister sites, with wages based on the candidate's experience and skill level.
