McCardel Culligan – Service/Installation Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service/Installation Technician to join our team. You will install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, and provide superior customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair water treatment equipment.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and benefits.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during customer interactions.
  • Accurately document all work performed and maintain service records.
  • Conduct water quality tests and recommend appropriate solutions when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training is a plus.
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours Monday‑Friday.
