Team Member - Enhancements

Job Overview

The Enhancement Team Member supports the Team Leader in the timely, high‑quality completion of landscape renovation and revitalization projects. This role assists with a variety of enhancement tasks including light masonry, retaining walls, plant installation, and general landscape improvements.

• Assist in the completion of enhancement projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely and efficiently.
• Follow direction from the Team Leader to execute tasks accurately and productively.
• Maintain a professional image on client sites and help ensure company tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely in accordance with company safety guidelines and required PPE standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site throughout the workday.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding task progress, challenges, or material needs.
• Perform detailed work and ensure assigned tasks meet company quality standards before leaving each property.
• Participate in hands‑on training and actively develop skills in enhancement installation techniques.
• Support overall crew efficiency and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as project schedules require.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver’s License; CDL Class C preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
