Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and upgrading heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial buildings while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. Our technicians take pride in solving problems, working independently, and helping customers keep their systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings
  • Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency and performance
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and service recommendations
  • Work independently while maintaining company quality standards
  • Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18 required
