Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Apprentices. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in the plumbing industry while learning directly from experienced plumbers and field leaders.
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing systems while gaining hands‑on field experience and technical knowledge.
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with installation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects
- Support plumbers and field teams on job sites
- Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
- Load and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Learn blueprint reading, plumbing layouts, and installation fundamentals
- Complete apprenticeship training requirements and ongoing education
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age of 18 required
