Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, General Labor
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities- Safely operate stand‑up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
- Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accidentfree.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
- May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
- 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
- Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid state‑issued license is required.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- Self‑starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Pay Range$16.53 – $24.81 per hour. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
