We are hiring for a Payroll Administrator in Pewaukee, WI. This position is open due to a future retirement. You will be responsible for processing weekly, union payroll for up to 200 employees, in house. You will report to the Controller. If you have at least four years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process weekly payroll
- Review timecards for accuracy and verify information with employees
- Complete wage garnishments and prepare monthly reporting
- Provide support to processing accounts payable and receivable
Requirements:
- Four or more years of payroll processing experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired
- Comfortable completing payroll in house vs. third party (ADP)
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written
