Accounting Associate

What You’ll Do
As part of our Outsourced Accounting team, you’ll support multiple manufacturing clients and serve as a trusted member of their accounting function.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clients
- Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
- Support weekly accounting workflows and month-end close activities
- Assist with manufacturing cost accounting calculations, including burden rates and work center rates
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support client decision-making
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of accounting experience
Preferred:
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Cost accounting exposure
- Experience supporting multiple clients or business entities

- Quick Books Online
- , Expensify, and other cloud‑based accounting tools
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- ERP systems such as Job Boss, Acumatica, Sage, or similar platforms
- Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and emerging AI‑powered tools
