The Role We’re looking for a dependable Office & HR Assistant to support our Finance and HR departments. This is a high-variety role perfect for a 'jack-of-all-trades' who enjoys helping others and staying busy.
What You’ll Do
Financial Support: Enter payments, assist with invoicing, and keep vendor files organized.
HR Support: Help manage employee files, assist with certified payroll, run weekly time clock audits, review and assist with seasonal benefit enrollments.
Operations: Coordinate job schedules, manage company apparel inventory, coordinate company events and handle occasional local errands (Post Office/DMV).
Office Pulse: Manage the main inbox and be a friendly voice for incoming calls.
