Manage the Open Order Report, handle Domestic PO acknowledgments, and conduct rigorous follow-ups on past-due purchase orders;
Solicit vendor quotes, maintain the vendor database, and manage ongoing vendor communications;
Handle Bill of Materials and part number entry into the system; ensure vendor part maintenance is accurate and timely;
Calculate prices based on standard costs, perform margin analysis, and handle custom part quoting to support the sales team;
Generate and manage various reports including Delivery Date Accuracy (DDA), Logility, and Cancelled Orders
