Inventory Clerk

Description We are looking for a motivated Inventory Clerk to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficiency within a manufacturing environment. This is a contract-to-long-term opportunity designed for individuals seeking a lasting position in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee pick-and-pack operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Train and guide staff members on inventory procedures and best practices.

- Monitor inventory levels, review discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with inventory coordinators.

- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvements in quality, cost, and productivity.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and customer packaging requirements.

- Process shipments and manage shipping documentation using internal systems.

- Track and report daily outputs and quality metrics for performance analysis.

- Act as a backup for other team members when needed.

- Support cross-functional teams in understanding priorities and defining requirements.

- Uphold safety standards and contribute to a well-organized warehouse environment. Requirements - Previous experience in inventory management, kitting, or fulfillment is preferred.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts.

- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and bilingual communication skills are an advantage. Talent Match®
